Welfare Officer / Administrative Assistant - Required ASAP
32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time Only)
Salary: SP 3- 6 £21,408 p.a. - £22,587 p.a. (£16,525.36 p.a.- £17,435.45 p.a. pro-rata)

We are looking for a hardworking and flexible Welfare Officer and Administrative Assistant with good IT skills and a high level of personal drive. You will work within the Student Support team to provide efficient and effective first aid / welfare and administrative support to the school and be the first contact for first aid assistance in the school.
The successful candidate will need to:
• Have good communication, numeracy and literacy skills
• Have a First Aid at work certificate
• Have experience working with children in a school environment and a real willingness to understand the issues facing schools and the administrative provision they necessitate
• Have relevant IT skills including Word and Excel
• Have experience of working in a multicultural environment
