Senior Outreach Administrator, North Finchley, London

Required from September 2022

FT - 41 hours per week / 40 weeks (The school year is 39 weeks and one week is worked in school holiday time.  Hours of duty to be determined by Line Manager/Headteacher)

Salary SCP 22-25:

£30,820-£32,368 actual salary per annum, based on 41 hours per week.

£27,062-£28,421 actual salary per annum (pro rata) based on 36 hours per week.

Applications are invited for a pro-active, resilient, personable and dynamic Senior Outreach Administrator with excellent skills. The successful applicant will provide outstanding administrative support to the senior team responsible for outreach and teacher training. Applicants will have the exciting opportunity to work alongside senior leaders, and multiple stakeholders including headteachers of partner schools and trainee teachers new to the profession. You will work in a truly dynamic workplace alongside outstanding educational leaders who are committed to ‘Excellence for all’ and want the very best for all students, staff and stakeholders.

Previous experience in a school is not essential, as it is more important for us to have someone with a positive, can-do attitude and exceptional skills.

The successful candidate will need to:

• Have excellent communication skills to build effective and productive relationships at all levels within MLT and the school

• Have the ability to work quickly and efficiently and manage an incredibly varied workload where priorities frequently shift

• Have excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

The outreach team leads a School-Centred Initial Teacher Training Centre and Challenge Partner Hub with multiple school partners in Barnet and neighbouring local authorities.
