School Experience Programme (SEP)

School experience is an essential part of your application for School Centred Initial Teacher Training and School Direct (Salaried) with The Compton SCITT and the UCL Institute of Education.

The School Experience Programme at The Compton gives you a chance to get a feel for the school in action by observing outstanding lessons and getting the chance to talk to experienced teachers in your subject area.

The Compton SCITT offers dates throughout the year for prospective ITT candidates. To apply for our School Experience Programme please contact Nikos Methenitis (nikos.methenitis@thecompton.org.uk) to arrange. Applications should include an up to date CV and an indication of your availability. Please be advised that we only offer a one-day visit initially and additional days can only be agreed once this visit has taken place.
