GCSE Results Day and Year 12 Enrolment 2025
Sixth Form Enrolment - 21st and 22nd August 2025
The school will be open to students on GCSE results day, for you to have a personalised meeting with a member of staff to finalise your subject choices and enrol with us.
Internal Students
The school will be open between 9am-12.30pm on the day for internal students.
Students in Year 11 tutor groups COMP can arrive from 9am
Students in Year 11 tutor groups TNSH can arrive from 10am
External Students
The school will be open between 1.30pm- 3.30pm for enrolment on the 21st August.
What students must bring to enrolment - we will be unable to enrol you without these documents
- GCSE results documents
- Passport or equivalent proof of UK residency (If students do not have a passport, they must bring both their birth certificate and parents’ passport)
There is also a second enrolment day in school on Friday 22nd August between 12pm-3pm if you are unable to attend on the first day however, if you want to secure your place at The Compton Sixth Form we strongly advise you attend earlier as places on courses can fill up quickly.
We are pleased to be able to invite parents into school to attend the Sixth Form enrolment meetings if you wish. However, we also advise that you discuss post-16 options as a family ahead of the results day, as these are crucial decisions you will need to make on the day. Please check the admissions criteria and the subjects that we offer before the day.
The Compton School will close from the 24th July 2024 for the school holidays until 2nd September 2024. If you did not previously make an application to The Compton Sixth Form or did not receive a conditional offer, please contact the school via email to enrol or walk in on enrolment days if your grades meet our entry criteria.
